As Iron Maiden prepare to continue their “Somewhere Back In Time” tour in 2009, ML Executives have again been chosen as the sound provider for the tour, supplying Control and Monitor systems.

Front of House Engineer Doug Hall has selected a Soundcraft Vi6, whilst Monitor Engineer Steve “Gonzo” Smith will use a DiGiCo D5 to complete the digital control package. The complete system will be custom packed by ML Executives to meet the tight weight and space requirements, as the system will again be transported by air in the band’s Boeing 757 flown by singer Bruce Dickinson.

The first date of the tour begins in February in Serbia and the tour will then include shows in India, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
